One preventative maintenance cleaning is included. This service does not cover repair parts, software upgrades or the shipping cost to get the unit to GW Micro. It covers labor and return shipping from GW Micro back to the owner. As in the case of all repairs, GW Micro always makes an attempt to provide prompt repairs and we stock a variety of repair parts, but repair turn around time is dependent on the availability of replacement parts.
